Today the owner of the cafécalled me to go interview and started working. Then I got the job and my position was baking. At the café, there were a lot of customers and there were only 4 employs. We were very busy. I was very stressed because it was my first day working there. I did not know what to do first but everything went well. Because of the teamwork and well organize of manager. Even today I failed a lot of things in the kitchen, I learned many good things as well.
Today I got up early to look for the video of culinary art and design on YouTube. Then I realized that I need to see the real one. So, I went to five stars hotel to see an international buffet. Also, I went there to see how they decorate the dishes. After I got home, I have the idea that I have to experience real experiences, so I searched for a part-time job in a different café. I wanted to practice my skills and get more knowledge to increase my experiences.
Today I got up a little bit late because I tried from yesterday. I went shopping at the mall to find the ingredients and equipment to practice baking at home. I went to 4 shopping malls and got all the things that I need. After I got home, I started to put everything in their place and started baking what I did from yesterday. It was so fun. I got to give the dessert to my neighbor and they said my dessert was very yummy. I was so happy when I saw they eat and smile.
Today I got up early. Then I left the house and went to school. When I got to school, I got to meet many friends. The school was very big and full of cooking equipment. I was so excited to do the bakery. The chief told me all the basic knowledge about what I should know in baking. She told me some tricks to make baking easy and delicious. I have done so many menus. Finally, I got a certificate from Wendy’s sweet cottage school. It was very fun and challenged myself.
Today I got up at 07.00 o’clock. Then I sat in front of my computer and search for a cooking school near my house. I looked at different websites and they were very expensive. Then 3 hours later I got the school name Wendy sweet cottage. It was interesting and not expensive. I looked at the review and all the reviews of the school were very good. I immediately called the school and booked the time to go tomorrow. Finally, I prepared myself and very excited about tomorrow.
